We do our best to photograph our work, but please keep in mind the image color may appear differently according to your monitor settings.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so returns may be accepted by Tamaryn Design on a case by case basis. Returned items are eligible for exchange only.
Returns must be preauthorized. Please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of purchasing for assistance. Returns will not be accepted without preauthorization.
If care instructions are not followed, then we are not responsible for any damage to the item.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we may offer a refund or exchange for the item — please contact us within 5 business days in regards to any issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it with any tags and/or stickers attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When an item is returned to us, we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. You are responsible for the cost of shipping of a return and are responsible for any additional shipping.
Once your return has been authorized, and is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, then first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be considered for a refund — unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then send us an email at email@example.com and mail your item to Tamaryn Design, 25 Inman Place, Cambridge, MA 02139 USA.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then we will send a refund to the gift giver and that person will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to Tamaryn Design, 25 Inman Place, Cambridge, MA 02139 USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For international shipping, you are responsible for any additional fees, such as taxes or duties.
If you are shipping an item over $50, then you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
